Ariza Projects | Graphic and Web Design
I started my design career on year 2020 when I decided leave my corporate job to pursue what I enjoy doing which is to do designs.
I enjoy designing things, so I started to turn this hobby to a deeper level. I started to self study, take courses, join communities of fellow designers and later on invested to a mentor to further expand my knowledge and have professional guidance.
At first, I haven’t thought that I would be doing projects with WordPress, but this changed when I realized that I can help more businesses with my design if I can make it live in WordPress.
I always follow specific steps when I’m working on a design project. In this way I can keep everything organized and it creates moments to talk about the project with my clients.
So, at the beginning of the project, I spend most of my time asking questions and chatting with my clients to find out exactly what they want. I really want to have a crystal clear idea of their needs and preferences. Only then can I create a product that makes both sides happy.
During this phase, I’ll roll up my sleeves and conduct thorough research based on the data that the client and I have brainstormed. This involves analyzing the information and using it as a foundation for developing a comprehensive strategy document.
When we’re ready to put our strategy into motion, I’ll start brainstorming the foundation of the project and gather all the stuff we need to make it happen. I’ll make sure everything is organized and set for smooth execution.
Once I’ve got a good handle on the client’s desires and the essential business features, it’s time to dive into the exciting part: designing! This is where I let my creativity run and bring their vision to life using awesome visual elements.
Now, once the client is satisfied with the final design, I hop onto WordPress and get to work building the website pages. I install the necessary plugins and ensure that the site is optimized for a seamless experience.
After everything is completed and thoroughly tested, I send my clients preview links to make it super convenient for them to provide feedback.
Once the client gives their approval on the preview link, it’s time to make the website go live and launch it. We’ll closely monitor its performance and make any necessary optimizations for Google. Additionally, we’ll provide the client with an offboarding document that includes instructions on how to access and effectively use their new website.
I like to use the latest software for my projects, so I know there is nothing better to use for my clients. These are the platforms that I use on a regular basis.

I get hit with the same questions pretty frequently. So, I thought it would be handy to gather the most common ones and put them all in this section for you.
You’re in complete control when it comes to selecting the perfect match for your business. I happen to specialize in assisting online entrepreneurs with their marketing campaign graphics or websites. Plus, with my diverse project experience, I can confidently say that I don’t just create pretty designs for clients, but rather, effective eye-catching designs. The best part is, I have a process in place that ensures you’ll be involved and in control at every step, so you’ll always know what’s happening.
Here’s how we roll with our 5-step process:
Well, it really depends on the project’s size. When it comes to designing websites, I make sure they’re custom-made to fit your brand and business perfectly. But just to give you an idea, the absolute minimum time requirement would be around two weeks. Of course, that’s assuming you have all the important stuff ready in advance—like content, copy, photos, branding style guide, platform, hosting, and domain purchases. So, it’s important to be prepared!
